At Bargello Design, we provide fast and reliable shipping to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Each item is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. While we take every precaution, unforeseen damage can sometimes occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Bargello Design, we take great pride in creating custom embroidered pieces with care and precision. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Custom Orders

All custom embroidery sales are final. We strongly encourage customers to review and confirm all design details, including spelling, thread colour, and placement, before we begin production. Once production has started, changes cannot be made.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a replacement:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
You must provide photos of the damage and packaging.
The damage must not be due to mishandling after delivery.

We will investigate the issue and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Custom Items

For non-customised items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unused and in original condition
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
