Return & Exchange Policy

At Bargello Design, we take pride in creating high-quality custom embroidery products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders.

However, if your item arrives damaged due to courier handling and has not been used, we are happy to investigate the issue. If the claim meets our requirements, we will resend a replacement item.

To initiate a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
